Jesteśmy serwisem urządzeń fiskalnych – odpowiadamy za terminowe przeglądy, odczyty i utylizacje urządzeń fiskalnych oraz przygotowanie dokumentacji.
Oferujemy również profesjonalne szkolenia z użytkowania systemu, prowadzenia gospodarki magazynowej oraz szkolenia ukierunkowane na indywidualne potrzeby Klienta.
Doradzamy w jaki sposób wykorzystać narzędzia IT tak aby zoptymalizować koszty, zwiększyć sprzedaż, usprawnić i przyspieszyć obsługę.

Analiza przed wdrożeniem

Pomagamy przy projekcie związanym z siecią LAN i WiFi, wspieramy przy wyborze urządzeń sieciowych. Podpowiemy, w którym miejscu powinny stać POSy, ile gniazdek zaislających będzie potrzebnych do urządzeń (brak przedłużaczy to dużo mniejsza awaryjność systemów)

Montaż LAN/WIFI

Wykonujemy przeprowadzenie okablowania sieciowego, montaż urządzeń WiFi, routerów, switchy, gniazdek LAN. Wszystko czego potrzebujemy do sprawnej komunikacji POS-KELENR-KUCHNIA

Wdrożenie

Podczas wdrożenia podłączamy, konfigurujemy, ustawiamy wszystkie urządzenia. Porządkujemy przewody, tak żeby wyeliminować awarie związane z odłączeniem urządzenia od prądu lub systemu sprzedażowego POS

Szkolenie

Szkolenia wykonujemy podczas wdrożenia, zdalnie lub w siedzibie naszej firmy. Szkolenie prowadzimy do momentu, aż użytkownik będzie samodzielny. Możemy być w lokalu podczas otwarcia. Dodatkowo oferujemy nieodpłatną pomoc po wdrożeniu, kiedy już użytkownicy pracują z systemem. Jak wiadomo wtedy jest najwięcej pytań!

Aktualizacje i Serwis

Wykonujemy aktualizacje systemu oraz optymalizacje (przyśpieszanie pracy systemu). Pracę wykonujemy zdalnie lub w lokalu.

Analizy, magazyn

Pomagamy przy analizowaniu danych sprzedażowych oraz zakupowych aby efektywnie zarządzać gospodarką magazynową.

Kamery

Montujemy systemy monitoringu-kamery. Ustawiamy aplikacje do podglądu na żywo w telefonie co pomaga w nadzorowaniu restauracji zdalnie.

Urządzenia Fiskalne

Zajmujemy się sprzedaż, fiskalizacją, konfiguracją, przeglądem, odczytem, utylizacją urządzeń fiskalnych. Pomagamy w przygotowaniu dokumentów do urzędu skarbowego. Przypominamy o terminowych przeglądach urządzenia.
